Microsoft Office & Visio & Project 2019 Pro is a three-key bundle for Windows: one key each for Office 2019 Professional, Visio Professional 2019 and Project Professional 2019. It suits a project manager or IT lead who needs Office plus diagramming and planning tools on one PC. All three reached the end of Microsoft support on 14 October 2025. What's included in the Office, Visio and Project 2019 bundle?
You get three separate licences, each with its own 25-character product key. Each key activates its own product on one PC, and Visio and Project run on their own: they don't need Office to be installed.

What do Visio Professional and Project Professional add over the Standard editions?
The Professional editions add the advanced diagram types, data links and team features that Standard leaves out. Both apps in this bundle are Professional, so you get the full set.

Are Office, Visio and Project 2019 still supported?
No. Microsoft ended support for Office, Visio and Project 2019 on 14 October 2025. The apps keep working and opening your files, but they no longer receive security updates. For a setup that stays supported until 2029, see the 2024 versions of these bundles, and check the list of products that reached end of support in 2025.
What are the system requirements for this bundle?
All three apps share the same requirements: a Windows PC with a 1.6 GHz dual-core processor, 4 GB of RAM and about 4 GB of disk space per app. Install all three in the same 32-bit or 64-bit version.

In what order should I install Office, Visio and Project?
Install Office first, then Visio, then Project, and use the same 32-bit or 64-bit version for all three. Activate each app with its own key as you go.
- Remove older Office, Visio or Project versions and any Microsoft 365 trial under Settings → Apps.
- Install Office 2019 Professional with the link in your order email, open Word and enter the Office key.
- Install Visio Professional 2019, open it and enter the Visio key.
- Install Project Professional 2019, open it and enter the Project key.
- In each app, check that File → Account shows "Product Activated".
The error we see most often is mixing 32-bit and 64-bit: Microsoft doesn't allow 32-bit Visio or Project next to 64-bit Office, so setup stops. Pick one (64-bit suits most PCs) and use it for every app; Microsoft explains the rules in its guide to installing Office, Visio and Project on the same PC.
Frequently asked questions
Can I still use the 2019 apps after end of support?
Yes. The apps keep working and you can still create and edit files. What stopped on 14 October 2025 is Microsoft's security updates and support, so for PCs that handle sensitive data or are always online we'd suggest the 2024 versions.
Can Project Professional connect to Project Server?
Yes. Project Professional can connect to an on-premises Project Server, which Project Standard can't. It also works on its own, saving plans as .mpp files, so you don't need a server to get started.
Can Visio Professional link diagrams to Excel data?
Yes. Visio Professional can link shapes to data from sources such as Excel, so a diagram updates when the data changes. Visio Standard doesn't include data linking, which is one of the main reasons people choose Professional.
Is there a Mac version of Visio or Project?
No. Visio and Project desktop apps are made for Windows only, and the keys in this bundle are for Windows installations. Mac users would need a separate Mac edition of Office, and there's no Mac edition of Visio or Project at all.
